Tamra Nalls - A mother, advocate, and an entrepreneur—developed her invigorating spirit and overwhelming passion for helping others while lending a helping hand to her own late mother who needed consistent support and assistance while facing health challenges.  The Chicago native received her Master’s in Organizational Management at Spring Arbor University and she received a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, at Lewis University. She has over 17 years of experience in the health care industry as a senior leader for skilled nursing facilities and retirement communities. With such an impressive back ground in the healthcare industry, there is no surprise that Tamra would open her own home care business- Aalair Home care. Aalair’s goal is to assist others to maintain, regain, realign, and rebuild their life after unfortunate circumstances.
